This is the 55th blog post I have written on eDiscovery in SA since May 2015 and this post announces that my blog has just been awarded a place in the Top 60 global eDiscovery blogs by Feedspot. It is ranked 54th in the world at the moment and it is up to me (and you!) to keep it there or even progress it farther up the list.
My passion, knowledge and experience has been driven to move us along this road and perhaps for the first time, I see the clearest examples of the real birth of eDiscovery in SA.
Let me tell you a little of what I have been doing since I last wrote and then round up the year and take a peek at 2018.

Billy Hyatt and Aaron Vick who are CEO and Chief Strategy Officer of Cicayda - a US eDiscovery provider, are paying a flying visit to SA and will be with me in CT for a short time.
With growing interest in the use of Arbitration in SA here's a practical look at why eDiscovery technology is essential in this area.
As far as I know there has never been a decided case anywhere in the world on this which says a great deal. Indeed if taken to an illogical conclusion then there would be no outsourcing anywhere at all!
What is needed to make SA the global centre for managed document review? Probably not that much I would suggest.
